| Bow Stall |
This is balancing the boat on its front end. To initiate do a double pump as you would for the flatwater cartwheel, except as the boat gets just past vertical punch the other blade into the water (keeping the set up blade in the water too). This will push the boat back to vertical and you will now be in bow stall position. My biggest tips are wear a nose clip, reach your paddles deep and keep them moving the whole time.
