      Anglesey Outdoors Adventure and Activity Centre, Porthdafarch Road, Holyhead, LL65 2LP

      The plan is to meet at the campsite/paddlers return on Friday night to check in and discuss plans and groups.  Please email/text me if you do not make contact with the group that night.   If you want to share or offer to share your transport (ie you spare places) please reply to all in this email giving brief details.

      I will try to post plans here for the next day to this group late the night before each days paddle.  Please make sure the emergency contact info

      Hi All,

      Follow up to my previous email I intend to use the club forum / Message board for communications over the weekend.

      I will be at the Paddler’s Return at 10 pm to chat about tomorrow’s trips etc but I would also like to check that you can read messages on our website (You will be trialling the possible replacement for our GoogleGroup.)

      All messages about the weekend will be posted on the forum (Link below but you can also get there from the club website) Anglesey Weekends – Liverpool Canoe Club

      White water plan for Saturday.

      Leaving the campsite at 10.30, travel to

      Parc Arfordirol Penrhos Coastal Park on the A5.

      We will get changed then paddle to Stanley Embankment to play on the wave.

      Please bring lunch, drinks etc as there are no facilities nearby

      Group 3 Ian Bell and Catriona are paddling Porth Dafarch to Treadurr bay and back. Leaving campsite at 10:00am

      Paddling from Sandy Beach (pin) northwards, having lunch at Ynys y Fydlyn (pin), then returning to the start point.

      Many thanks for making the weekend so enjoyable.  We were lucky with the weather and a big thank you to all those who led or helped lead the trips.  It was good to see the WW paddlers on Stanley Embankment.

      If you have any photos please send them to me to post on the club site and if any of you are willing it would be great to publish a few lines on each of the trips to encourage others in the club to venture into Wales on similar weekends.   Any format for a write-up – I will edit and tidy it up so it looks good,

      I save a shortcut to the site on my phone, so it looks like and works like an app or just go to the club website on your favourite browser.

      Once logged in you can read the messages / reply to messages or posts, add a photo or two.

      I strongly suggest that you check you can log in (ie know your username and password) and then once on the Anglesey Weekends topic click subscribe.
