Introduction to Canoe Polo for Juniors (and Brave Parents!) 6pm - 8pm

Canoe Polo is a fast paced and fun ball game played in Kayaks. Its a great way to improve fitness and boat skills.

This session is aimed at Juniors 8 years or over and who are comfortable with paddling in a spray deck from the compound to our pitch by the Albert Dock and back.

We’ll introduce the kit required for Polo; Helmet, Polo BA’s and the boat.

The first session will focus on catching and throwing a ball while in a kayak. If there is interest and sufficient numbers we will look to make this a regular session.
