This is a move following a forward loop in which the boat
executes a 180 degree (or more) vertical spin and lands upright.
1. Keep the boat parallel to the current as you perform
a forward loop.
2. When vertical, lean forward and reach down with your blade
to find non-aerated water.
3. Use the drive face to pull against and rotate the boat with
your hips.
4. As the boat rotates round keep pulling with the paddle blade.
The boat should land flat on its hull.
5. For support, bring the blade around to brace on recovery.
