Indoor Freestyle Competition next Monday at the Kingsway pool – we will be roping off half of the pool.
Free to enter – just book a place at the pool (20 places available).

We will do some coaching / practise first and then you will have 30 seconds to perform a combination of tricks which will be scored. See list of tricks below. I can just about do a flat spin and a roll = 2 points
