Canoe Polo – the two final tournaments of the winter season on 25th March by Callum Cook

On Saturday 25th both teams played their final tournament of the Northwest and Central League. At Collingwood dock in division 2 LCC B won 2 and lost 1; to then get a draw against eventual league winners Pennine in what was a very closely fought match. Due to the draw, the team placed in a respectable 4th place overall, only being bested to 2nd or 3rd place by goal difference.

After division 2 wrapped up, over in Manchester the final tournament for division 1 was just beginning. With LCC A looking for their first points of the season, which they surprisingly gained against Titans. The team then celebrated the one point with a traditional post-tournament curry.
