LCC Rolling Competition Round 4 Thursday 15th December
Last week of the Annual Christmas Rolling competition. You have 30 seconds to do as many full 360-degree rotations as possible either with the paddle, side of the pool or with your hands.

Nb Save Monday 19th December in the diary as this will be our indoor freestyle competition – same rules as last year!
This Monday at Kingsway Pool we have a Flatwater Freestyle competition. It easy, fun and you don’t even need to be able to roll. You get points for just spinning around!
It’s easy to get involved, just turn up. You can use a club boat, your own boat, or if you fancy trying something different, i will have C1 and oc1 boats with me.
