Canoe Polo Update – Division 2 & 3 by Josh Cook

A mixed day today for our 2 canoe polo teams today both teams were playing their second tournament for the national league.

LCC Dukes which was made up of Josie, Rich, Poppy, Morgan, Mas, Aaron and Norm were playing at Sale water park in Manchester in Division 3 while LCC Brunswick made up of, Josh, Sam, Callum, John, Ben, Callum and Nick took part in Division 2 in Collingwood Dock.

LCC Dukes have had a fantastic day with their biggest ever at 8-0! Every player in the team scored at least 1 goal throughout the day. The team ended the day with 3 wins and 1 loss.

LCC Brunswick had a tough day playing 3 hard close games but unfortunately the team were unable to find that winning momentum and lost all 3. The team played really well against some tough opposition and each game came down to the wire, but Brunswick couldn’t find that game-winning pass or shot.

Well done to both teams today.
