2025 06 22 Progression to Sea Kayak – “Force 5 gusting 7”

So the weather finally broke and in swept windy, gusty conditions with the heavy rain arriving just in time for loading kayaks back onto our cars. The forecast was consistently predicting SWly force 4 to 6.   This meant we needed to take plan B – Paddle the Menai Straits with the wind behind us from the small car park just south of Anglesey Sea Zoo, https://maps.app.goo.gl/7R7tWqmtd5DeNjjq9. As we arrived, this forecast had increased to SW`ly force 5 to 7. It was going to be a tad blustery!
