This is grade 1 rivers or canals or sheltered water. The trips are suitable for a variety of craft (opens, kayaks, Sit on Tops, sea kayaks and Standup Paddle Boards provided you can keep up with the rest of the group). You should contact the organsier if you are in any doubt to your ablity for these trips.
