Let’s practice our rolls and deep water rescues in a sheltered environment at the Docks. We will help each other where possible but the aim is to allow working in pairs on deep water rescues and practice rolling in not-so-warm water. If you want to learn about Greenland rolling I can provide coaching in pairs.

Any craft like SUP is welcome if you are self-sufficient in rescues and just looking to practice in a group environment.
