Come practice some gentle rolling and rescues in sea kayaks while exploring the Liverpool docks.
We will adapt to the group and take breaks. Helmets are mandatory for this session.

Please wear a wetsuit or dry cag if you run cold in the water. If you have a paddle float, swim goggles, nose clip, ear plugs all of these will help you stay comfortable underwater.
