Cups of tea on the Dee by Sarah Gille
4 peer paddlers had kept an eye on the changeable weather and decided on a paddle down the Dee from Horseshoe Weir to the pavilion.
It was really busy given there was no Tryweryn release and the she paddles event was on.
We all had a great time surfing, rolling and playing as usual.
We even got a few spins on the bottom wave.
We had fun sharing our new game with other groups. The #Cupoftea is when you are surfing a wave, you simply ‘have a cup of tea’, pinky sticking out, and even a saucer if you are good.
Great day
Thanks, Stuart, for organising.
