Kestrel Bunkhouse Kestrel Bunkhouse Old Home Farm Yard, B4319 Stackpole Pembroke SA71 5DQ

Pembroke Bank Holiday Weekend - Coordinator Elle Jackson and Steve Bond

Friday 2 – Monday 5th May 2025 (First May Bank Holiday)

We are based at the Kestrel Bunkhouse which is one in a group of converted stone farm buildings and offers plenty of space for groups to come together.

On the ground floor, Kestrel has a commercial-style kitchen, a games room and a living room with a dining area and a log fire. There are another 12 bedrooms upstairs: four singles, three 2-bunks and five rooms with a mix of bunks and singles. There are bathrooms on both floors. Outside, there’s a private courtyard with picnic tables.

Kestrel Bunkhouse, along with neighbouring Kingfisher Bunkhouse, a pair of group houses and a cluster of small cottages, is part of the Stackpole Centre. A comfortable central seating area has WiFi and is available to all guests. Guests also all have access to a grassy area with a fire pit.

There is the opportunity for sea kayaking and paddle boarding out of Stackpole Quay and surfing at Freshwater West (and several other local beaches). For non-paddlers, there is great walking along the Pembrokeshire coastal path. Climbing at St Govan's Head. Cardiff WW Course is an option for the journey down or back.

Parking: There is a large shared car park near the group house. Space to unload and load is available closer to the group house.

Garden: The bunkhouse has it's own courtyard with picnic benches and also has use of a communal grass area with seating and a fire pit, which is shared with the other holiday accommodation nearby.

Wifi: Is available in the foyer of the Stackpole Centre.

Linen: A duvet, mattress cover and pillow are available on each bed. You should take your own bed linen or use a sleeping bag.
