Our canoe compound and changing rooms are located on Coburg Wharf. Free parking is through the barrier and down to the water. The barrier is locked when we are on the water. Do not leave valuables in sight in your car.

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA — **Open Canoes (Solo)**

Use one of the 9 Club Open Canoes at the Docks or bring your own. This is a two-hour session from the compound paddling tandem (two in a canoe) or solo open canoe to develop your paddling skills.

The session is ideal for total beginners or for more experienced paddlers wanting to develop.

The idea is to give members confidence in using open boats and to prepare paddlers for local trips. In the past, kayak paddlers have found these sessions extremely useful for developing their paddle awareness and smooth combination of strokes.
