Rolling and rescue practice 11-1pm

Let’s practice our rolls and deep water rescues in a sheltered environment at the Docks. This is not a coached session, we will help each other where possible but the aim is to allow working in pairs on deep water rescues and practice rolling in not-so-warm water.

Any craft like SUP is welcome if you are self-sufficient in rescues and just looking to practice in a group environment.

We could even go for a coffee at the marine after to warm up and have a chat. Hope to see many of you !
