WW River Trip Grade 2(3)

I am running a grade 2 Trip on Saturday – Meeting at TY-MAWR top carpark for 10:15 to sort out the shuttle.

Then move to Ponsonby with as few cars as possible - the car park is limited at Ponsonby - so if anyone can car share then please do so move boats on to cars that are free.

Level Grade 2 Level 1.12m Medium – Grade 2+ Weather so far Fair.

LCC leader lead group - If you're new to white water , though you can email me to discuss your suitability to access this trip, people must have been on a beginner's course and paddled some moving water previously and be self-sufficient and know their capsize drills.

This is the section below Town falls and Llangollen TNR.

At Low / Mid-levels this is an opportunity for those who have moving water experience previously to enhance their skills. River is wide, flowing with some hazards that can be portaged, we have paddled here on many occasions.

There is a toilet in Llangollen town centre or the country park - should anyone need it before we set off, please allow time to get there 15 mins before if you need use the facility.
