The Google Group for LCC is being phased out, and we are moving to the LCC message board.  
Here you can subscribe and unsubscribe to any of the groups/disciplines at any time.  This will put you fully in control of the number and content of emails that you receive.

You will only get updates and email messages about club trips if you visit the board and subscribe to the groups that interest you.
