Junior Sunday Docks Paddle

19/4/2026 Sunday afternoon saw the first Junior Docks Paddle of Spring.

The afternoon was bright and sunny, and the water was super busy with other boats and Dragon Boat races to keep us entertained!

10 keen kayakers, including juniors and parents, paddled out for fun games and skills practice whilst on our way to the Albert Docks to see the tall ship moored by the pump house.

Great work from everyone, many of the juniors tried different craft, including canoe, playboat and different river boats.

Thanks as ever to all our junior leaders and parents for your support!

We are looking forward to the club Paddlefest next Sunday, where you can try any boat and meet new people. Come and join us! There are many different activities that you can book using the calendar.

Regular junior Sunday docks sessions will start in May; these are for juniors and their parents, of any ability, including new starters.
