Two kayak sessions today, three river swims and a session of hydrospeeding squeezed in between made for a full-on day for the juniors..

Jack is now a fully fledged kayaker who paddles with enthusiasm
Josh and Amelia take on the duo
Defensive swimming session x 3 down the lower course
Clara paddles the main drop on the upper course during low flow.
