Today was yet again a great paddle at Leasowe . 3rd paddle of the of the year here at 10′ drive from home, I could get used to this! Thanks for the shout Karl Tattum. Here are a few snaps and a short video. It was windy and cold (well, not cold enough for the many swimmers!), but well worth it.

River Dee on high (Sunday 9th January) 8 of us turned up on the river today to paddle down from Horseshoe Weir to Town Falls. At 0.98 on the Corwen Gauge it was officially high but only just. At this level many of the features were “fast and bouncy” but still very enjoyable.
