A Story about a Canoe Trip by Fiona Gentle

We were out practising our canoe skills, a very good day out on a new section of river for us, from Tebay, down the river Lune.

It was misty then sunny, 5 degrees C with a slight breeze, uncommon for early January.

Dave P joined us and enjoyed it all, the scenery, Kingfisher, conditions and 0.9m river level.

The trip was ace with plenty of rocks to avoid.
